Family law as the name suggests, is the branch of law covering all disputes or unresolved differences occurring within families under the Indian law. This branch of law includes different religions, customs and traditions and provides the aggrieved party/parties with well thought off remedies to resolve their disputes quickly.
The disputes range from matrimonial issues i.e. divorce, restitution of conjugal rights, child custody battles to issues of adoption, alimony or maintenance etc. Family law includes within its umbrella various religions practiced in India, including the different laws and regulations and providing legal remedies or solutions to the problems cropping up every now and then.
